Original red boards ,which are marked and a little shelf worn , title in gold lettering on spine, which is a little dirty, front cover has title indented .Front and rear free end papers are browned, front has previous owners inscription, the book was a Sunday School Prize in 1927. paste down end papers fair.Book has a certain amount of marks through out ,but is generally clean .Fore edges also have some marks. This was the authors first book , and probably with views not of the 20th century.
