Mr Young has invented the Visometer, by which the exact visual power of the eye is ascertained unerringly - and this is authenticated by Sir David Brewster. Mr Young, following years of research and study, can cope with most defects of sight and prescribe the correct spectacles. He also sells Eye Glasses and Hand Spectacles of every description in every variety of Mounting, patent crystal spectacles and an Acromatic Day and Night Telescope, the size of a walnut, which can define objects 10 miles distant, prices from 20s. He also deals in deaf aids. It is apparent that Mr Young, at least, is a travelling Occulist, as he says that articles purchased from him and found not to be of use can be exchanged on their next journey in 6 months time. Mr Young is a Licensed Hawker, No 182. The sheet has been folded and has a tiny nibble from the central fold (with no loss of text).
