L'esemplare è in buone condizioni, ma le sovraccoperte si sono attaccate ai piatti della legatura.

Vol I+II: Giuseppe Morazzoni ha scelto sei porcellane qui riprodotte in quatttricromia. Egli ha pure scritto le didasclie per codeste porcellane. Le porcellane per le altre ventotto tavole a colori sono state scelte da Saul Levy, il quale ha pure raccolto gran parte del corredo illustrativo in bianco e nero, del tutto inedito.
