Condition issues include light soiling with a damp stain (mostly visible from the reverse) to the front cover, soiling to the rear cover with two closed tears to the fore edge (1" & 1.5"), wear to the spine with small lost at the top & bottom, remnants of a mail label on the bottom of the front cover, and small dog ears to the bottom corner of the pages toward the front. The interior is clean and tight. No cutouts or missing pages. A good copy of a vintage magazine.
