The book is divided into three sections - an anthology of Italian paintings in the Royal Palaces; a survey of the Raphael Cartoons for the tapestries in the Vatican; and, a selection of drawings from the Royal Library,…with special emphasis on Leonardo, Michelangelo and Raphael. TIght binding. Clean interior. Dust jacket has a couple small tears and some dampstains which have not affected the coverboards. A plain cardboard slipcase is worn and has some blotches, yellowing and edgewear. Size: 4to (11" to 13"). Unpaginated.
