In sheets The work contains 7 original engravings in black and colour (including 4 full-page) by Max Papart, all with tissue guards. These are illustrating 5 poems by the author. The text sheets are in very good condition, with a very light foxing to some pages. Unpaginated. 39.5cm x 35cm. Georges Ribemont-Dessaignes (18841974) was a French writer, poet, playwright, and painter associated with the Dada movement. Max Papart (1911-1994) was a French painter, engraver, illustrator and collagist. Not recorded in WorldCat / OCLC. .
