Text-block edges are toned, else clean. BINDING --Still fairly tight. INTERIOR -- Next to four names in the list of the Board of Councilors are penciled the word "Dead", else I saw no other marking or writing in the book. The leaves closest to the rear cover are quite ragged at the corners; many of the book's leaves have bumped corners, with a few displaying accompanying creasing or dog - ears. The text throughout is clean, and the photographs display cleanly.
