Marklissa war bis zum Bau der Talsperre häufig von Hochwasser bedroht. Der gestaute Fluss ist der Queis (Kwisa). Die Inbetriebnahme der Talsperre war am 15. Juli 1905." (Wikipedia). Wilhelm Patschovsky (geboren 23.
