Very Good condition though the cover has slight damage at the outer corners and top of the spine.

Over 199 years old it is a delightful revelation of interest in the area seen through local artists' work. Mention is made of other local painters who moved to the USA. 12 photographs including frontispiece., pages are rough cut, blue cloth boards with gilt title to front, slightly rubbed at edges, small water stain on reverse. Hardback cover Condition. good - within v. good. Rarely up for sale, this is a fascinating account of artists with local interest.
