All three volumes contain Ardizzone"s in-text illustrations throughout, as well as the dust wrapper designs. Edward Ardizzone was a war artist and a prolific children's illustrator, the first artist to win the prestigious Kate Greenaway medal in 1957. - Minnow on the Sea, following the adventure of two boys trying to find treasure on the Cambridgeshire river. Brown offsetting marks to end paper hinges of Likely, and the odd faint spot to Minnow end papers. Home end papers bright and clean.
