Add to basket1797, 1793, 1806, Exeter, printed by Trewman and Son, for Cadell, Johnson, and Dilly, London, folio, three volumes in one, pp xii, 329, (iv), ii, (ii), 382, (ii), 383-504, (i), engraved folding map after John Cary, 24 full-page copper plate engravings, extra-illustrated with a steel-engraved portrait of Polwhele, and some manuscript notes bound in towards the end, full calf by Hayday, gilt rules in compartments on the spine, lettered in gilt, gilt ruled boards, elaborate gilt turn-ins, marbled endpapers. This is a heavy book and will incur extra postage. Some repair work on the spine, but a very handsome and clean copy.
