Images date from 1…925 to 1976. One full pull-out page from a pictorial magazine is interleaved. Most images include captions from the newspaper, short news article or in some cases handwritten captions. Pages and images are slightly browned, but well preserved, cover is slightly chipped at edges, overall in good condition. Circa 90pp, 21.2 x 19cm. Filled with many popular images showing Mao the statesman; Mao as the ideologue; Mao in the lineage of Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin; Mao, man of the people and Mao the man.
