Perhaps this was printed/mimeographed by Raines who at this time was teaching at New Mexico Normal University. 11 x 8.5 , 22 leaves, approximately 11,000 words. Mimeographed, and stapled. __+__ Provenance: Library of Congress, with their small 8mm LC perforated stamp on the front wrapper. Also there is a note on the back of the title that this was a gift of the compiler (Raines) to the LC. Lastly there is a clip from the envelope that Raines used to mail the pamphlet to the LC that has Raines' written name.
