Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout, heavier at end-papers, paste-downs and text-block edges. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Mild crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is bright and clear.

Overall contents are fairly clean and all illustrations are present (one loose, but a bit creased). Includes extra picture of local clerics (1911).
