Jeweils ca. 49 x 70 cm. Vgl. Czeike IV, 707.- Die zwei Entwürfe (mit Maßstabsangabe) stammen vom Assistenten Ringhoffers mit Namen Ed. Kurth und von diesem rechts unten eigenh. signiert. Im linken Rand der eh. Vermerk Ringhoffers: "Vidi Ringhoffer Architekt 846". Die Entwürfe zeigen: "Entwurf zu einer öffentlichen Bade- und Cur-Anstalt". Das eine Blatt zeigt den Grundriß des großzügigen Entwurfs mit Gartenanlagen und detaillierten Angaben zu den einzelnen Gebäuden mit ihren verschiedenen, jeweils nach Geschlechtern getrennten Bädern (darunter "Sommer- und Winterschwimmschule", "Vollbäder", "Wannenbäder", "Kräuterbäder", Schwitzbäder") ferner die Gebäude der Verwaltung, des Portiers sowie des Gärtners. Das zweite Blatt zeigt das Hauptgebäude der Badeanstalt im Profil sowie seine Fassade.- Kleine Randeinrisse hinterlegt.- Emanuel von Ringhoffer (Prag 1823 - 1903 Wien) war Techniker und Architekt, Professor der Hochbaukunde und Rektor des kaiserlich-königlichen Polytechnischen Landesinstituts ( heute Tschechische Technische Universität Prag) in Prag. Er besuchte in Wien das k.k. Polytechnikum und die Akademie der bildenden Künste und wurde nach Studienaufenthalten in England, Belgien und Frankreich 1851 ordentlicher Professor der Bauwissenschaften in Brünn. Am 10. April 1900 wurde Emanuel Ringhoffer von Kaiser Franz Joseph I. geadelt und in den erblichen Ritterstand erhoben.- Sauber und wohlerhalten.
