Four fine souvenir cards bearing original miniature watercolour drawings of the Breakwater, Plymouth Sound, and three other scenes, which we think are located on the Tamar. Attractive contemporary perforated paper borders, in simple antiqued gilt frames.

Print. Condition: Fine. Size 400 x 205 mm. An extra large, most attractive and scarce hand-coloured 19th century steel engraving taken from Mount Edgecumb with numerous deer in the foreground overlooking Devonport and the Tamar with numerous sailing ships. By E. Duncan engraved by J.A. Prior. .

One depicts the Breakwater, the other three scenes from the Tamar. In attractive gilt frames. c1830s. Most attractive item, would mount very well as a group of four.
