Twenty pages with closely written notes, partly in the form of tables, bound at the beginning and at the end of the volume. Signature Alfred Hjelmérus dated Lund 1888, Bookplate of I. Soulsby A catalogue of the works of Linnæus 1057. With a foreword by J. Rogberg. The chapter on the natural history of Småland on pp. 16-26 is written by Carl Linnaeus. The woodcuts show runic inscriptions and are cut by the vicar Wirgander. The many notes added to this copy concern the Swedish province of Småland and are written at the time of publishing or closely thereafter. Müntzing's bookplate, made by the renowned Swedish artist Albert Engström, shows a hunting scene in the Stockholm archipelago with wild ducks flying at sunset. In the foreground is a hunter with a gun.
