Carte dressée et dessinée par R. de Flotte de Roquevaire. Paris, Henry Barrère, 1904, carte dépliante de 75 x 133 cm, en feuilles contrecollées sur papier fort, déchirures à plusieurs pliures . Belle carte en couleurs qui forme la première réalisation du cartographe René de Flotte de Roquevaire (1875-1957) et était d'abord parue en 1897. Le jeune officier topographe avait en effet travaillé dès 1895 au Service géographique de l'Algérie ; et c'est à cette occasion qu'il s'occupa de rassembler les connaissances cartographiques sur le Maroc, pas encore sous protectorat français. En 1902, il effectua un voyage de reconnaissance qui le mena à Tanger, Larache, Rabat, Meknès, Fez et Ksar El Kébir avec retour à Tanger et, en 1904-1905, participa à la deuxième mission Segonzac dans le sud-ouest du Maroc et dans le Haut-Atlas.
