Add to basketPaperback. Condition: Good. No Jacket. Paperback edition, looks like a proof copy (or advanced reading copy), with plain brown card covers and just the title, authors and publisher shown on front cover, but no mention that it is a proof copy . Some scuffing to spine ends, ink stamp on front cover, title page and on a few inner p…ages (Rotary Club of Wellington, NZ), but otherwise a good clean tight copy of this soft-cover book. No publication date shown, but rev of title page has some partially erased printing on which I can make out Jazz Book Club, so that would suggest 1957. About a third of the book consists of a biography of the Jazz trumpeter "King" Joe Oliver (1885-1938), the rest mostly with a discography of his many recordings. 200pp, 5 b&w illustrations. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.

The author identifies the major elements generating communication within the cooperative-members, directors, management staff, and employees-and discusses the flow of communication withi…n the organization. The study highlights how communication is influenced by people's ideas of their own responsibilities and the responsibilities of others and how the amount of information patrons and employees receive and their attitudes toward the cooperative are based on the directors' and managers' concepts of their own responsibilities to communicate.
