The pages are toned, but probably they came this way from the printer; the look is pleasingly antique. There is a little incipient separation of the title page, with the webbing showing between it and the dedication page, although the binding is sound and the pages firmly in place. This little fold-out book is amazing and adorable! The artist E. Helene Sherman was occasionally visited by a toy poodle named Beau Pierre, and she made this little book to honor him. Ten pages numbered 1-0 each with a different illustration of Beau being the dog he is, followed by four pages of beautiful stamps of different breeds of dogs.
