(Arcadia, California), 8 1/2 x 11 inches tall x 1 1/2 inches thick paperbound in brown printed covers, unpaginated but approx. 300 pp., with many folding diagrams and figures. Covers stained, rubbed, creased and edgeworn. Contents, apart from minor age toning, are in very good condition. Altogether an excellent copy of this scarce and important study report.
