In seinem autobiografischen Roman schildert er nicht nur sein schweres Leben als im Krieg verschlepptes Kind, sondern auch das Schicksal s…einer Mutter Marie, die 1941 ihrem spateren Ehemann Georg Siebert von Prag nach Berlin folgte. Oskar musste sich von Anfang an nicht nur der Diskriminierung und spater auch der politischen Verfolgung in der damaligen CSSR beugen, sondern auch nach seiner Ruckkehr 1976 nach Deutschland wurde er weiterhin nur als ,Fremder" durch die burokratische Amtswillkur und Richterentscheidungen sozialpolitisch diskriminiert. Mit seinem autobiografischen Roman stellt der Verfasser dem Leser eine entscheidende Frage: ,Ist es ein Verbrechen ein Deutscher zu sein?".
