With articles on "Cultivation of the Mulberry" and Silkworm. The author J. de Leon, Agricultural Engineer was involved in efforts to introduce sericulture into Palestine in order to develop local industry. His findings on this industry in France and Italy should serve as a model. With over 70 illustrations. Front cover with a few tiny foxing spots, inside clean. Inscribed on front-cover by the author: "With compliments, J. de Leon". Published in 1933 during the British Mandate in Palestine in Ramat-G an (near Tel-Aviv) Indeed an usual item.
