An album of 24 captioned photographic plates of Jerusalem and Palestine, on the back of each is a pressed wild flower arrangement, in most cases separated from the plate opposite by a plain tissue guard. 16.5 x 24cm. Unpaginated. In very good condition, some toning and creasing to the page edges and corners, one with a single short closed tear and old tape repair. To the inside front cover and inner edge of the first photographic plate there are presentation inscriptions in ink "Jerusalem 4th May 1921 / To dear Marjorie / with love from Uncle Jack and Auntie Kitty". The souvenir photo book is in itself unremarkable and reasonably common in commerce, the pressed flower arrangements however are quite charming.
