Beautiful and uncommon photos of worldly places, and also includes a fair number of color lithographs. Also has info & pictures of the 1933 Chicago World's Fair. Wraps are chipped/flaked along e…dges, particularly along the spine. Some folding of edge on wraps where it overhangs the textblock, and some of the gilt lettering is worn (as expected). One 1" closed tear on back cover and one small white mark at tail of spine. Inside, picture pgs are curling inward lightly but there are very few creases and pgs are clean. Inside of back board is cracked along spine but still attached, some loosening of back pgs from spine head, otherwise are still held firm. Stored and shipped in protective plastic. Published by The Geographical Publishing Co. 1935.
