Published in paperback this copy has been professionally bound in cloth and the previous owner, archery collector and historian the late W J (Bill) Terry has bound at the rear circa 20 pages of his own typed or photocopied notes. Limited to 100 copies , this one is not numbered but is signed by the compilers.
