Verhandlungsberichte über den Prozess gegen den Sozialdemokraten Wilhelm Sollmann (1881-1951), Redakteur bei der "Rheinischen Zeitung", der aufgrund "Backschisch" titulierten Artikels vom 3.10.1913 wegen Beleidigung und falscher Tatsachenbehauptung gegenüber Polizei und Staatsanwaltschaft angeklagt wurde. Der Prozess war für die Kölner Sozialdemokratie ein Erfolg in ihrem Kampf gegen den "Kölner Klüngel". Während der Nazizeit emigrierte Sollmann in die USA und nannte sich im Exil William Frederick Sollmann, auch dort war er als Journalist und Politiker tätig. - Mäßige Altersspuren, Papier gebräunt, Namenszug.
