The map is folding it is very heavily handled, creased and worn with old sellotape repairs to fold lines where once split and has split whilst trying to photograph it, small piece missing from middle area which was sellotaped over, not noticed upon first inspection. the covers on the catalogues are worn and handled as are some pages inside, there is a central vertical crease line down centre of the catalogues due to folding.
