    Soft Cover. Condition: Very Good. The Publishers of the Souvenier are Indebted to the Pacific Electric Railway Company for Many of Its Illustrations (illustrator). First Edition. Not dated ca 1910. Unpaginated (40 pages). This rare bit of ephemera is only listed in three libraries. Full red covers with gold arabic styled lettering with a crecent and star and the Shriner's hat. Cover are slightly soiled with a spot at the upper right and corner. A few red spots on the title page with a previous owner's name at the top of the page. Some of the pages are a bit thumbed. Overall in VERY GOOD minus condition. Interesting rare photographic booklet of view of Southern California. Great. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Paperback.

    [Kunming ca. 1940]. This is a lovely souvenier brought from Kunming while on duty. He probably was a "FLYING TIGER" figh fighter pilot, it came with many other authentic items from his estate. Excellent example, unused, bright & clean.RARE ! . *** **** *** . . HAND-EMBROIDERED SILK HANKIE SOUVENIR . . . BROUGHT HOME BY A "FLYING TIGER" FIGHTER PILOT . . . STATIONED IN KUNMING, DURING WORLD WAR II . * This is an excellent RARE example, unused, which came from an old A.A.F. service member stationed in Kunming. It was more than likely a keepsake gift presented to his wife or sister. . *** The item is a green handkerchief made from high quality Shandong fine silk. Its hand-embroidered "ZHONG GUO" ["CHINA"] in both Chinese Hanzi and English, with a lively red dragon nicely embroidered. The edges are machine sewn. . This came from an estate of a Kunming 14th Air Force member. We are unable to reveal the service member's name, due to privacy concerns. . . *** CONDITION: . This is a superb example, no flaws, marks, stains or issues. It was folded as pictured for the last 83+ years. Left as found, unwashed, but pristine.
