Soft cover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. Detachable mail in sheet still attached. No date given, however a 1930 and 1931 calendar are the last two pages. This small, rare leatherette is a solid good. Pages a little tanned. Interior hinge is a little weak at first page and at middle of book. A little dirt and wear inside covers. Corners of leatherette slightly curled out and have a little perimeter wear. Clean pages and unused. See pictures for further description.
