The clippings are yellowed, but in Good condition with folds to 2 of the 3 clippings. The Globe Magazine articles dates from Oct 11 1958 and features Stratas as "a veteran performer" for the Toronto Opera Festival. Stratas was 19 years of age at the time. There is a small red stamp to the top right hand corner of page 3. The newspaper is printed on exceedingly good paper, and although it has been folded and the outside is slightly discoloured, it is in remarkably good condition with only a small tear at the fold and no loss.

I see that he is ailing and going to the Riviera at an early date, so you had better try and catch him at once.' Bennett had to get the recipient's address from his publishers, as O'Connor left without passing it on.
