Swanson, on front free endpaper, with a personal inscription. No edition stated. No additional printings listed. NOT ex-library. Hardcover has dark gray cloth-covered boards with red and light blue spine lettering. Binding tight. Hinges NOT cracked. Spine ends lightly bumped. There is a small amount of residue on the top of the back cover where the dust jacket stuck to the cover at some point. Spine has a slight vertical crease in center beneath the cloth. Pages clean and unmarked. 789 pages. Dust jacket has moisture damage to the back top corner and was at some point stuck to the cover of the book, otherwise it has overall has light surface and edge wear, with chips at the corners, edges, and spine ends. Carefully packed, shipped in a box. signed by author.
