He devoted his work to the mountains publishing several books on the argument. "Mountain design" is the third work on this series and gathers beautiful naturalistic photographs of flora and fauna of japanese mountains, as well as the stunning depiction of the mountains themselves. This copy has small stains, creases and dents on the cardboard slipcase (see photo). The dustjacket has some dirt an a little yellowing. There are a few small stains on the last endpaper thoward the edge. Otherwise a clean book.
