The author was perhaps one of the most famous big-game wardens in the world, at the same time, considered one of the most daring and persistent hunters of big game. This is a reading copy only with dingy cloth covers; text block a bit cocked but internally clean. The jacket is intact with wrinkles on rear panel and was once taped to pastedowns.
