Tepler quickly advanced and became the best pitcher in the minor leagues. Until a devastating injury to his throwing arm caused the Cubs to abandon him and all hopes of rehabilitating his arm, ruined his relationship with the Cubs' organization, and destroyed his reputation as a pitcher throughout minor league baseball. First printing of a book published in a very limited edition. This is NOT an ex-library copy. In very good condition of a difficult baseball book to find.
