[1-10] pp. [1]-20 [1-2]. Bound in Otley by Smith Settle. A book in Fine condition. 200 copies were bound in quarter cloth and Sage Reynolds paste paper over boards. Two copies were printed on vellum or rather sheepskin parchment, and full-bound by Angela James. One of these is contained in a solander box with trial efforts on sheep-skin parchment & relevant correspondence. O'Brien E403.
