Hardbound. Second. Black buckram with gilt lettering on spine, Vol. I; [xix], 362pp, Vol. II; [2], 424pp, no illustrations. This is a two-volume set. Edited by "Theodore Hook, Esq." which through research is presumed to be the actor Abraham Joseph Bernard, or Fleury. Funny and interesting set that is in a sense more memoirs of Fleury than anything. Good read. Good, reading copies. Ex-lib. with pockets in back, ID on spine, perforation and regular stamps, library stamp on text block, interior binding cracked and some pages could become un-attached, some general age toning, wear, and occasional fingerprints inside. Well-loved but excellent to read.
