IV, termina il commento ed ha copiosi e dettagliati indici, compilati da Matteo Devarius, impressi su tre colonne in corpo più piccolo. Prima edizione del Commento ai poemi omerici, di Eustazio di Tessalonica, dotto bizantino vissuto nel XII secolo. All'epoca fu il più vasto e stimato, tra i commentari conosciuti, resta ancor oggi assai prezioso per l' immensa ricchezza del materiale che vi è raccolto e per la grande quantità di citazioni di opere andate perdute; i testi sono assai corretti. Splendido, monumentale capolavoro della tipografia greca, che richiese al Blado nove anni di lavoro in collaborazione con altri tipografi, in particolare con Bernardo Giunta.
