W. Thyng titled "Decorating General Lander's Grave At Salem, Mass." and an engraving by Stanley Fox titled "Decorating The Three Thousand Soldiers' Graves In Cypress Hill Cemetery, Near Brooklyn, Long Island" -- Page 392 has a full page engraving by W. M. Cary titled "The Life Of An Indian" consisting of nine separate engravings -- Page 393 has a full page engraving by C. G.
