Rare édition douaisienne sortie des presses de Jean Bogart, un an aprčs l'originale franįaise publiée en 1599 ā Paris. Histoire de la sainte Maison de Lorette (Santa Casa) parfois appelée maison de Nazareth, vénérée dans la ville de Loreto dans la province d'Ancône dont l?historien et professeur Orazio Torsellini (1544-1599) gouvernait le Collčge jésuite aprčs avoir dirigé celui de Florence et le Séminaire romain.Jean Bogard (Joannes Bogardus) imprima et publia dčs 1556 (1562?) dans sa ville natale Louvain puis partagea ses activités entre cette ville et Douai oų il installa une librairie et un atelier de typographie et, peut-ętre, de reliure. A partir de 1594 son fils Joannes le jeune, établi ā Douai, se substitua ā son pčre dans les relations commerciales que Bogardus entretenait avec l?officine plantinienne. Jean Bogart publia ā Louvain puis Douai soixante-dix ouvrages au moins en latin, franįais, néerlandais, anglais, notamment des relations d?actualités, et des réfutations de la religion réformée par le théologien louvaniste Joannes Hessels. Il meurt ā Louvain en 1616, léguant l'atelier ā son fils Jean II Bogard.Ex Dono Joannis Mommaerts Mechliniensis Societatis Jesu 1633 Livre n°25 (Jean Mommart de Malines). Fils et apprenti de l'imprimeur-libraire Jan I Mommaert dont il reprendra l'atelier en 1636, Jan Mommaert II (1611-1669) publia le premier journal bruxellois francophone, Le Courrier véritable des Pays-Bas ou Gazette de Bruxelles (août 1649). Počte populaire, auteur de deux recueils de vers., il fut conseiller de la ville en 1654, 1660 et 1666. Il eut pour apprenti Adrien La Fadrique et fut poursuivi en justice pour vente de libelles diffamatoires, notamment en 1663.
