This association copy contains the following additional materials: a loose typewritten letter from Mitsuo Ishigami department chief of Biology, Shiga University informing Mr. Lincoff that the book has been sent to him on the author's suggestion, and that the department "would be much delighted if [he] will accept and refer to this issue in [his] study."; one sheet of A4 note paper with handwritten notes by Mr. Lincoff; and a small brochure, in Japanese, advertising various natural pictorial guides to wildflowers and grasses, freshwater fish, mountains, lake Ozenuma, and more.‎‎‎‎ ‎ Book is in excellent condition, the main issue being a single vertical bend slightly bowing the entire page block. One small crease to front wrap's top forecorner. Minor shelfwear besides. Clean, internally unmarked save for bookplate, and well bound. A lovely edition and utterly unique artifact in the annals of mycology.
