She regrets that she is unable to accept his invitation to 'come to Monmouth in November - as my plans are very uncertain - it is just possible I might be abroad then. / It is so good of the Monmouth Town [bench?] to invite me'. She ends by asking him to thank them for 'their kind offers of hospitality'.
