Very clean, binding strong & straight, pages creamy white & unmarked, but downgraded to only Fair due to significant dampstain to top edges of both boards & interior pages. Stain shows up only very faintly to DJ, which otherwise is clean bright with slight edgewear in the form of rubbing & short tears/tiny chips to top edge, 1 longer tear ascending from back bottom edges; nicely protected in new mylar cover free! with age-appropriate tanning to edges.
