The stories are all there & the illustrations are lovely, but the exterior is in sad shape: rear board completely detached, heavy rubbing & fraying, soil & spotting. Author's name spelled wrong to front. Interior is generally clean, with many scattered smudge & small stains throughout, but no writing or underlining! No date, but OCLC estimates 1887.
