Quarto, 13 leaves stapled to upper corner, with photocopied text to rectos only. A collection of Chinese cooking notes signed by "Sandy Whitton," who, according to newspaper records, taught a Chinese cooking class in Friday Harbor, Washington in 1982 ("Journal of the San Juan Islands," 4/21/1982). Begins with a four page discussion of Chinese cuisine, ingredients, and utensils, followed by nine pages of recipes. Some ink annotations and creasing, very good.
