Das vorliegende Werk bietet eine Übersicht über Weis…sagungen, angefangen bei Paulus. Der Autor zitiert u.a. Johannes Regiomontanus, der zum Jahr 1588 folgenden Vers verfasste: "Tausent fünffhundert achtzig acht, Das ist das jar das ich betracht. Geht in dem die welt nit under, gschicht sonst gross mercklich wunder".
