Ich hätte meine Exemplare mitnehmen und vergleichen sollen . . Ich könnte ihnen Nordafricaner, von Warien gesammelt und ägyptische Compositen . geben. Ich würde . Ihnen noch einige Pilze und Schwämme beilegen. Unsern botanischen Garten, den ich heute besucht habe, habe ich recht erbärmlich gefunden in der Erinnerung an die Pracht und Fülle Ihres Gartens. Sollten Sie es wünschen, daß die Composita dieses Ihres Domäniums und Ihrer Thätigkeit von mir bestimmt würden, so bin ich sehr bereit dazu . Sie müssen mir dieses Streben nach Material zum Studium nicht übel deuten.
