"An den Verleger Eduard von Hallberger (1822-1880) in Stuttgart. "Mit Vergnügen [?] habe ich Ihrem Verlangen nach einer verbindlichen Anzeige von Doré's Hartmannschen Märchenschilderungen in den Hamb. Nachr. entsprochen und mit Bewunderung Ihrer typographischen Leistungsfähigkeit, bin ich so eben dabei, dem Publikum Ihre Prachtbibel anzumelden [?]" - Moritz Hartmann (1821-1872) veröffentlichte 1867 bei Hallberger seine "Märchen; nach Perrault neu erzählt", die von Gustave Doré illustriert wurden. Die deutsche Ausgabe der Doré-Bibel ist wohl Hallbergers bekanntestes Verlagswerk. - Der Erzähler Robert Heller trat 1851 in die Redaktion der "Hamburger Nachrichten" ein. ? Er setzt große Hoffnung auf seine 'Leipziger Tage und Nächte', deren seit einiger Zeit Bruchstücke in den 'Rosen' erscheinen; Phantasie[-] u. Chronikennotizen [?] in einer gelungenen Verbindung [.]". - Das angesprochene Werk erschien im Jahr darauf bei Hunger in Leipzig. - Robert Heller war vorwiegend als Herausgeber von Zeitschriften ('Deutsche Zeitung' und 'Hamburger Nachrichten') und Almanachen ('Rosen', 1838, 'Perlen', 1842) tätig; der "arme Kerl" Theodor Drobisch (1811-1882) war zunächst Schauspieler, wandte sich dann aber der Publizistik zu und war in unterschiedlichen Funktionen u.a. für die Leipziger 'Elegante Welt', die 'Dresdener Nachrichten' und für die 'Dresdener Presse' tätig. - Zu Heller vgl.
