Deroceras johannae n. sp. and D. korthionensis n. sp. are described from the Isle of Andros, Greece. Distributional data of Limax aff. conemenosi Boettger, Tandonia sowerbyi Ferussac, as well as of an unidentified milacid are provided. Attention is drawn to a peculiarity in the genital anatomy of L. aff. conemenosi, in comparison with specimens attributed to this species from outside Greece. Two new species of Monachoides Gude and Woodward, M. kosovoensis and M. taraensis, are described from Kosovo and Crna Gora, Yugoslavia, on the basis of conchological and anatomical characters. The assignment of both species to the genus Monachoides is somewhat doubtful in view of the presence of a small second dart-sac in M. kosovoensis, and the atypical shell of M. taraensis. A lectotype shell of Monacha fallax Wagner, 1915, is designated and figured. An annotated checklist of all nominal hygromiid western Balkan species (sensu Schileyko, 1991, exclusive of the Helicellinae , and the genus Monacha Fitzinger s.l.) is provided. Deroceras ercinae spec. nov. is described from the Cantabrian Mountains, Spain. The characters used to define the subgenera of Deroceras are discussed. It is demonstrated that the present subdivision of this genus into subgenera is not based on synapomorphic characters. 9 pp., 10 figs., 4.

Ennea nigeriensis sp. n. is described from southeastern Nigeria on the basis of external and internal shell morphology. Following Pilsbry?s formal criteria of a single palatal fold and corresponding external furrow, the new species may be assigned to Parennea. Ennea nigeriensis sp. n. exhibits substantial similarity with E. serrata, a species from Cameroon, in the cylindrical shell shape, crenulate suture, and internal shell morphology, indicating that the two species are closely related. CT scanning confirmed the presence of only a single palatal fold in E. nigeriensis sp. n. and two in E. serrata. In spite of this, the Nigerian species is provisionally assigned to Ennea rather than Parennea, suggesting that the characters used to define Ennea and Parennea are insufficient to delimit natural groups of species. The holotype of E. serrata is examined for the first time since its description in 1896 and a redescription of the species is provided based on the two shells hitherto known. Study of the original specimens recorded as Ptychotrema (Parennea) sulciferum by Degner from Liberia reveals these to belong to Ennea cf. thompsonae. The Nigerian shell recorded by van Bruggen as Ptychotrema (Parennea) aequatoriale proved to be a specimen of Ennea cf. perforata. As a result, no species attributable to Parennea now appear to be known in West Africa; in contrast, numerous species are known from central and eastern Africa. Two new species of the genus Zospeum Bourguignat, 1856 are described from caves in the Sierra de Aitzgorri (Gipuzkoa) and the Sierra Salvada (Burgos) in Northern Spain. The taxa Z. vasconicum sp. n. and Z. zaldivarae sp. n. have recently, without a formal name, been included in a molecular study of worldwide members of the Carychiidae. A new, minute species of Streptaxidae from southwest Cameroon, Gulella kuiperi spec. nov., is described. The systematic position of this apparently rare species is discussed. Since information of the soft parts is lacking, as is the case for the vast majority of the numerous species of Gulella s.l. described to date, its generic position remains unclear.
