Top edge of front flap is torn off (c. 1/2 to 3/4 inches deep) , and no price present. Reverse side of DJ water stained. The book itself has some of the cloth affected by the water (noticeable, but better than it sounds! ) , eps lightly tanned, old bookseller's pencil price partially erased. Text has lower corner of 3 or 4 leaves creased, with a 1/2 inch tear on one of the, but o/w is tight, clean, bright and almost crisp; probably never really read. ***********.
